Radomskie Zawody Geograficzne "Europa znana i nieznana"

Radomska młodzież gimnazjalna po raz kolejny udowodniła znaczenie podróży zwłaszcza po mapie. Wyraz zainteresowania dali podczas finału Radomskich Zawodów Geograficznych „Z mapą dokoła świata”.

Tegoroczna edycja przygotowana przez  Rodon przy współpracy  z PTG (Polskie Towarzystwo Geograficzne) przebiegała pod hasłem „ Europa – znana i nieznana”.  Uczniowie mogli dokładnie poznać środowisko przyrodnicze Europy, czynniki decydujące o rozwoju gospodarczym kontynentu, różnorodność językową oraz kulturową mieszkańców Starego Kontynentu, znaczenie migracji z terenu Azji czy Afryki. Konkurs od lat cieszy się dużym zainteresowaniem.

Dnia 27 marca, w gościnnych murach PG 13, grupa 25 uczniów radomskich gimnazjów zmagała się z różnorodnymi zadaniami finałowymi. Sprawdzana była znajomość środowiska geograficznego Europy, umiejętność odczytywania obiektów geograficznych z mapy konturowej świata a dla najlepszych z grupy 14 finalistów  odbył się – quiz multimedialny. Wyniki prezentują się następująco:

I miejsce – Kamil Szczęsny (PG 23)

II miejsce – Przemysław  Kacprzak (PG 23)

III miejsce – Magdalena Lesisz (PG 23) oraz  Artur Węgrzycki (PG 23)
