CZEGO WYNIKA OBOWIĄZEK DOKONYWANIA PRÓBNEJ EWAKUACJI?

Na podstawie §13 Rozporządzenia Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji z dnia 16 czerwca 2003 r. w sprawie ochrony przeciwpożarowej budynków, innych obiektów budowlanych i terenów (Dz. U. Nr 121, poz. 1138) tzw. sprawdzenie warunków i organizacji ewakuacji powinno zostać przeprowadzone nie rzadziej, niż raz na dwa lata.

 

KOGO DOTYCZY OBOWIĄZEK PRZEPROWADZANIA PRÓBY?

Sprawdzenia warunków i organizacji ewakuacji powinni dokonywać właściciele i zarządcy budynków, zawierających strefę pożarową, przeznaczoną dla ponad 50 osób, będących stałymi użytkownikami.

 

JAKI JEST CEL PRÓBY?

Próbna ewakuacja ma dwa zasadnicze cele:

  1. Wskazanie administratorowi problemów, które mogą zaistnieć w obiekcie i utrudnić sprawną ewakuację.
  2. Przygotowanie administratora i użytkowników budynku do prawidłowej, samodzielnej ewakuacji, prowadzonej przed przybyciem straży pożarnej.
